Elements of Art

Picture

Pentagon of Elements Project

Now that you learned about the elements of art, you are going to come up with a theme. The theme can be anything that you want: sports, nature, animals, food, seasons, flags, etc.
Following your theme, you are going to design an image that can also represent an element of art.

< The image to the left is an example of a penguin representing line

You will need to have 7 images, each representing one of the 7 elements of art. Your images can either be the same image drawn 7 different ways, OR you can draw 7 different images, each representing an element of art while also being related to your theme.

These drawings will be drawn onto a template that will be cut out, folded, and constructed to create a 3-dimensional pentagon.

Pentagon of Elements Rubric
This project is worth 50 points. All requirements and expectations are listed on the rubric shown in the PDF below. Use this as a check list / self-evaluation tool to ensure you are getting the most amount of points possible.
