  1. Once you have made an account and uploaded your submissions, you need to print out the submission form to be signed by you and your parent or guardian. Bring the signed form to the high school cafeteria to security there and say it is for Alana Mendola. (each artwork will have its own submission form)
  2. WE CAN PRINT THE FORM FOR YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PRINTER. Please let the teachers in charge of Scholastic know via email if you need your forms printed. You can email colleen.dopico@ecsdm.org or jennifer.adamsbrazil@ecsdm.org, and they will print them for you. You will need to come to the school and pick up the forms in the cafeteria after they print. You and your parent or guardian signs it then you bring it back to security in the cafeteria at the high school and say it is for Alana Mendola. Then your submission will be complete!
  3. If you cannot take a photo of your art to submit you can drop it off at the high school with its signed form and Mrs. Dopico or Mrs. Adams-Brazil will take a photo of it for you.

**For seniors submitting portfolios, you only need 6 artworks with a cohesive theme this year**

**New this year, you only need a parent/guardian signature and a student signature per submission**
