CARICATURES WITH MS. PERNA
Today is a very special day.....McKenna and I are very excited to announce that MS PERNA will be joining us today at our NAHS meeting after school to show us how she makes her caricatures and how she blends colors with various types of markers!!!
Below are some examples of caricatures and a "How-To" video from ProKo.

Caricatures are cartoon portraits that are meant to be humorous. They resemble the person being drawn but their heads are large, facial features exaggerated, and their bodies are tiny. It is important that the caricature has personality...it is okay that the lines are gestural and features are a bit asymmetrical...
                                      HAVE FUN WITH IT!!

ROOM CHANGE FOR DECEMBER 11 & 18

12/10/2019

Although we have not gotten an answer regarding if and when we can sell our products to begin raising money for our next field trip, we will begin working on them on Wednesday, December 11th.

We will be decorating...AKA PAINTING!! scenes onto baked salt dough ornaments
Since the crayon melter was difficult to use and no one seemed to keen on it we will either forget about the crayon ornaments or test it with a blow dryer. Finally, we will also make holiday cards with some print making techniques. There will be different stations set up and we will briefly go thru each station at the beginning of the meeting and you decide where you want to work.

With these stations, we must have a sink handy. Therefore our meeting will be held in Room 157
If you cannot attend meeting, please let me or Ms. McKenna know
